Hi, before anything, thanks for sharing. I´ve been testing both android 2.0 and Windows 1.0 of Intercepter-NG. With Android everything works great om my (cheap) device except "http injection" (just cant make it work). There are a couple of minor problems like logs stop for no reason (maybe my cheap device´s fault) and, even after disabled, "forced DL" and "DNS Spoofing" keep working until i delete entries. The Windows version i could not make work properly. It basically works but it makes everything very slow on target (win 7) pc . Could not understand why until i checked my router firewall logs: Router log: 01:32:59 IDS dos parser : land attack (1 of 1) : 192.168.1.255 192.168.1.255 0078 UDP 137->137
This is registered everytime i try anything in "MiTM Mode". Loggin works well, "plain text" capture as well.
This is only with Windows version of your program. With Android the same router keeps "quiet".
I´m no expert but always trying to learn something new.... hope this may somehow contributes to your good work.

thanks, but it doesn't. i dont understand what are you doing exactly and what are you expecting. probably your system is not fully prepared for mitms, like firewall blocks incoming connections to intercepter's ports and so on. so the 90% of the problems is up to you.
try watch my youtube channel it might help you.

Yes, i´m sure 90% (probably more ) it is up to me, i have no doubt about it. What i am doing is trying to reproduce in my home lan everything i watched in your youtube vídeos and expect to learn something from it. I assumed the router firewall would not block Windows version of Intercepter-ng because it doesnt block the android version. If it is not like this, i´ll just have to learn some more i guess....and thank you for taking the time to answer.

i talking not about router but about your PC, you have to disable your local firewall to operate with MiTMs.

Windows firewall was already disabled. Intercepter was alowed throug as it requests at 1st start and after i disabled it completly for testing. The problema seems to be the stealth ip and my router. Can i ask how intercepter "chooses" the stealth ip ? (edited to say that in my case, it chooses 192.168.1.255 as stealth after "smart scan"). I´m on it now and final things start to work. Even got a "game over" . Looking through it further now. Thanks again for the hints.

stealh ip should be any free address in the network that has access to the internet

The firewall problem (at least part of it) is because "smart scan" add 192.168.1.255 as Stealth IP. Reading about the router, i found out it uses that address for broadcasting. If in "MiTT" i change "stealth" to another ip inside the router's pool, firewall problem partially stops (at least there´s nothing in the sec. log now). Navigation is still very slow on the "target" pc. I´ll have to dig a little more ... Will putting another ip in the "stealth" field in "MiTM" section completly bypass the "Smart Scan" result? I haven't had the time to go any further but will make some more tests tonight.
edit: seems to be working with another ip in the "stealth" field in "MiTM" section , as i said before, somewhat slow on the "target" but nothing is perfect.... The configuration of "Ethernet" in "Ethernet<>Wi-Fi" fails to save in the settings.cfg. The "Wi-Fi" is saved ok.
Thanks again for all the tips

to save Ethernet you have to open and close the settings window.

Well, what am i doing wrong this time ? Lets see: Run prog, select ethernet, open settings window, uncheck Spoof IP/MAC, close settings window, made a Smart Scan, close program. Run program, select ethernet, open settings window, Spoof IP/MAC is active again. The same with Arp Scan Timeout if i change to 10s.... The same steps with wi-fi settings are "memorized" as i set them. Minor question anyway, sorry to bother .... i´m still testing the rest. Next step will be to temporarily install another router.
