intercepter console version

hi there,
I am using the console version of intercepter, and I cannot seam to find where the help file or the manual is to find the commands.
when I do a intercepter /? I get "Error in pcap_findalldevs: PacketGetAdapterNames: Incorrect function. (1)"
infact, I have tried the following switches: /?, -?, --?, /h, /help, -h, --h, -help, --help, man help
and i get "Error in pcap_findalldevs: PacketGetAdapterNames: Incorrect function. (1)" every time
when I go to the wiki and try to go to archive.is/o/uoUx3/http://intercepter.nerf.ru/wiki/doku.php%23intercepter-ng_console_edition it gives me a 404
the gui works great, but I cannot get the console version to work
and I dont see the link to the manual anywhere.. could some one point me in the right direction?
